"Lack of Customer Support"
Like many others, my experience was pretty bad. At least I got my order, which was a coffee maker. But when I tried to send it back, even after following their online instructions to the letter, it didn’t work out. I reached out via several emails but got no reply, and when I called, the number was out of service. When UPS tried to return it, the rep in Jacksonville turned it away, claiming they hadn’t ordered it. The coffee maker was in its original display box, so it was obvious what it was. Given how things went, I can't recommend them.

"Lack of Communication"
Communication was lacking, and I didn’t get a confirmation email. My order is still in the works even though I placed it three weeks back.

"Avoid Ordering from This Company"
So, where do I even begin? Initially, they promised shipping in 3-7 days. I thought it might take 7-10, given the current situation. But I got no replies to any of my emails, and all the phone numbers were out of service. Even filling out the form on their website didn’t help. In the end, they just went ahead and cancelled my order and payment - I placed it on Nov. 30, and they called it off on Dec. 17. Seriously, steer clear of this company. No joke.

"No Confirmation and Missing Order"
I didn't get a confirmation and my order never showed up.

"Still waiting on my order"
I haven't received my item yet, and there's no tracking info. Not sure if it's even on the way. It's been more than a week now.
